Shipping Rates and Options
We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, the weight of your order, and your chosen shipping method. You will be able to view available shipping rates at checkout.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of order placement, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • During high-demand periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Times
Once your order is processed, the estimated shipping times are as follows (times may vary depending on your location):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Kratom.gold is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to federal and state regulations, we do not ship kratom products to the following U.S. states and cities:

  • States: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wisconsin
  • Cities: San Diego, CA; Sarasota, FL; Denver, CO; and certain other localities

Please check your local laws before purchasing. If we are unable to ship to your area, we will notify you and cancel your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order’s progress and estimated delivery date.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to locate it. However, kratom.gold is not liable for packages once they have been marked as delivered.
  • Stolen Packages: If you believe your package was stolen after delivery, please contact the carrier to initiate a claim. Kratom.gold is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but are reported missing or stolen.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We may require photos of the damaged items to process a replacement or refund.

International Shipping
Currently, kratom.gold does not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States and territories where kratom is legally permitted.
